About these terms
These terms govern your use of the BoaTech Consulting LLC website. Client engagements are governed separately by a signed service agreement, which takes precedence over anything on this page.
Use of this website
You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its underlying infrastructure, or to interfere with its normal operation.
Information on this site
We work to keep the content here accurate and current, but it is provided for general information. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding quotation, a professional recommendation for your specific circumstances, or legal, financial or compliance advice.
Quotes and engagements
Any indicative discussion becomes binding only in a written scope and quote signed by both parties. Deliverables, timelines, payment terms, change control and intellectual property are defined in that service agreement.
Intellectual property
The BoaTech name, logo, site design and written content are our property. Ownership of work produced for a client is set out in the applicable service agreement; our standard position is that the client owns the deliverables on full payment.
Third-party links
This site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BoaTech Consulting LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website. Liability arising from client engagements is addressed in the relevant service agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
